Do my leads come with WhatsApp opt-in?+
Yes — every lead with a phone number provided ticks an explicit partner-share consent box, and we capture the WhatsApp click-to-chat link with their Deal Passport code. Reply rates are materially higher than cold outbound because the buyer asked to be introduced; we will share specific multipliers once we have enough closed-loop data to quote a defensible range.
What does 'qualified' actually mean?+
Budget tier declared (5 buckets from sub-$500K to $10M+), timeline (immediate / 1-3mo / 3-6mo / exploring), financing readiness (cash / mortgage approved / mortgage needed / off-plan-OK), intent (buy / invest / rent). We don't pass through anything that doesn't have at least 4 of these.
How does attribution work for long sales cycles?+
We issue every lead a Deal Passport code (e.g. DP-X8K2). The customer is incentivised to quote it to you for concierge perks. When you close, you report the Deal Passport in our partner dashboard; reconciliation runs monthly with a 180-day window.
What's a Featured slot, and how does it differ from a paid ad?+
A Featured slot is a paid placement at the top of the public feed for a specific listing of yours. It's labelled FEATURED / DEVELOPER PICK / AGENCY EXCLUSIVE — full disclosure. Unlike a banner ad, it's a fully-functional listing card with the same Intelligence Score, CTA, and Deal Passport flow as any other property.
Can I take the inventory feed off-platform?+
Yes — the API + White-Label tier provides partner-grade integration of the Intelligence Score, comparables, market-signal indicators, and deal-scout outputs. We sign a co-branding agreement and you can run it inside your own product.
