Partner standards

REAISALE routes real buyers to a deliberately small, high-quality network of licensed Dubai partners. We are selective on purpose — the value of the platform is the quality of the introduction, not the size of the roster. Every partner clears the same bar.

Valid licensing & authority

Every partner must be a properly licensed Dubai real-estate professional or firm, and must represent that it is authorised for the inventory it markets. REAISALE verifies and stores the partner's license / registration reference before any lead is routed.

Permit references for promoted inventory

Any listing a partner pays to feature must carry a valid advertising permit or written authority reference. REAISALE stores that reference against the listing — promoted inventory is never anonymous.

Response-time SLA

Partners commit to a defined first-response window on every routed buyer. A lead is only billable once the partner accepts it inside that window. Slow or unresponsive partners are paused — the buyer experience comes first.

Status honesty

Partners update each routed lead through its lifecycle — contacted, viewing set, negotiating, lost, closed. Rejections must cite a documented reason. This is what makes attribution fair to both sides.

No spam, no off-consent use

Buyer contact details may be used only for the specific inquiry the buyer consented to. No resale of data, no cold-marketing, no sharing beyond the routed partner. Breach means immediate removal.

Contractual attribution

Every partner operates under written lead / attribution terms with a defined attribution window. REAISALE sells documented, qualified, consented demand — never brokerage services, and never a 'reservation' it has no mandate to deliver.

Why these standards exist

A buyer who uses REAISALE is trusting us with one thing: that the agent on the other end of the introduction is real, licensed, responsive, and will not misuse their details. These standards are how we keep that promise. They are also what makes the partner relationship genuinely valuable — a routed REAISALE buyer is a documented, qualified, consented opportunity, not a cold lead.
