Trust & consent
Consent & attribution
When you ask REAISALE to connect you with an agent, you are sharing your details on purpose — so the introduction can actually happen. This page says exactly what that means: what we collect, what is optional, who receives it, and how to take it back. No fine print games.
What we collect when you submit an inquiry
The essentials needed to make a real introduction: your name and email, optionally your phone / WhatsApp number, and the qualification details you choose to give us — budget range, timeline, financing status, and the listing or criteria you are interested in.
We also generate a Lead ID and Deal Passport reference so your inquiry can be tracked cleanly through to a partner, and we record a coarse, non-identifying signal (a truncated IP bucket) purely for abuse protection.
What is optional — and what we never collect
Phone number, financing status, and timeline are optional. You can request a Deal Passport and browse the entire platform without giving them.
We do not collect or store payment-card details, identity documents, or financial-account numbers — buyers never pay REAISALE, so there is nothing to collect. We practise data minimisation: if a field is not needed to serve you, we do not ask for it.
When — and to whom — your inquiry is shared
Your inquiry is shared with a licensed Dubai partner (the listing's agent, or a verified partner whose criteria match yours) only so they can follow up on the specific opportunity you asked about. It is never sold, never broadcast to a list, and never shared beyond the partner handling your inquiry.
The partner-share consent flag is explicit. If you decline a match, or it is not a fit, you can say so within 24 hours and it will not proceed.
How the attribution window works
Real-estate decisions take time. When REAISALE introduces you to a partner, that introduction is logged with a timestamp and stays attributed for up to 180 days. This is purely a commercial record between REAISALE and the partner — it is how partners are billed fairly for a genuine introduction, and how we can hold them to their response standards.
It places no obligation on you. You are free to work with anyone, or no one. The attribution window tracks the introduction, not you.
Withdrawing consent or requesting deletion
You can withdraw consent, correct your details, stop all follow-up, or request full deletion at any time — no reason needed. Email [email protected] and we will action it.
Withdrawing consent stops future sharing and follow-up. Where a partner has already received your inquiry, we will also notify them to cease contact on request.
