1. Who we are

Reaisale ("we", "us") operates reaisale.com, a property research and analytics platform serving the Dubai market. We are a technology company that publishes data-driven analysis and connects interested buyers with independent, licensed Dubai real-estate professionals. Reaisale itself does not provide brokerage, agency, banking, mortgage, or financial-advisory services — every physical-property transaction is carried out by an independent, RERA-licensed Dubai partner, not by us.

2. Information we collect

When you use reaisale.com, we may collect:

• Identification: full name, email address, optional WhatsApp number.
• Qualification: budget tier, intent (buy / invest / rent), timeline, financing readiness.
• Listing context: which property you requested analysis on (Property ID + title).
• Tracking: a stable Lead ID (e.g. RS-XXXX-YYYY) and a Deal Passport code we generate for closed-loop attribution.
• First-touch source: campaign / referrer / UTM parameters from the URL you arrived on.
• Operational: a truncated IP bucket (a coarse, non-identifying prefix — never your full IP address) and approximate location (country) — for rate limiting, fraud prevention, and verifying that inquiries are genuine — plus user agent (bug triage) and aggregate usage analytics.

We never collect government IDs, passport numbers, payment-card data, or banking credentials. Card payments are handled entirely by a PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor — we only ever see the line-item you purchased, never your card details.

3. How we use your information

• Deliver the Deal Passport, analysis report, and any AI analysis you requested.
• Respond on WhatsApp / email for the property or topic you asked about.
• If you opted in (see §4), match you with one or more reaisale-verified Dubai partners (licensed brokers, mortgage advisers, legal counsel) so they can serve you.
• Operate, secure, and improve the platform (anti-spam, fraud prevention, analytics).
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. Lead sharing — your explicit consent matters

When you submit the request form, you can tick the partner-share consent checkbox. If you tick it, we may share your contact details + your qualification answers with verified Dubai real-estate partners so they can prepare relevant viewings, mortgage pre-approvals, and legal opinions for you.

If you do NOT tick it, we will not share your information with any partner. We will only contact you ourselves with the report you requested.

Sharing is governed by signed referral agreements with each partner; partners are contractually required to use the data only for serving you and to delete it on request. We may earn a referral fee or a marketing fee from those partners — this never costs you anything additional and never affects our Intelligence Score rankings.

5. Data storage and retention

Lead data is held with a third-party, independently audited (SOC 2 Type II) database service. Operational logs and the platform itself run on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure located in the United States and the European Union, with providers contractually bound to recognised security and data-protection standards. We do not publish the specific vendor names as a security precaution. Because our providers may process data outside the UAE, we rely on contractual safeguards and limit the data we collect to what is necessary for the service you requested. The Deal Passport attribution window is 180 days from capture; after that the record is archived and only an anonymised summary is retained for analytics. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

6. Cookies and tracking

reaisale.com uses the bare minimum required to operate: a bot-protection cookie from our security provider, privacy-respecting analytics (IP-anonymised, no advertising signals), and a localStorage entry for your Lead ID so your code persists between visits. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR (EU/UK) and the UAE's PDPL, you have the right to: access your data, correct it, delete it, export it, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact [email protected] with your Lead ID and we will action your request within 30 days.

8. Third-party links

We display affiliate links to third-party services (property-management SaaS, legal templates, investment platforms). When you click, you leave reaisale.com and become subject to that provider's privacy policy. We may receive a commission, which never costs you anything extra.

9. Children

reaisale.com is intended for adults (18+) capable of entering into property-related agreements. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
