We are NOT a licensed real estate broker, agent, or financial advisor. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment, legal, or financial advice.

2. Data Accuracy

Property data is sourced from third-party APIs (Bayut, DLD public records). Intelligence scores are algorithmic estimates. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any property data. Always conduct independent due diligence before making investment decisions.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use this platform for personal property research. You may not scrape, reproduce, or resell our intelligence data. Automated access to our APIs without written permission is prohibited.

4. Affiliate Relationships

5. Lead Sharing

By submitting the contact form, you consent to being contacted by reaisale.com and potentially matched with licensed Dubai real estate brokers who may pay for qualified leads. You may opt out at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

reaisale.com and its operators are not liable for any financial loss arising from property decisions made using our platform. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
