A short tracked code (e.g. DP-X8K2). Quote it in any conversation; reconcile it on close.

Listing context

Exact unit they enquired about, with our current Intelligence Score and reasoning visible to them.

Pre-stated criteria

Budget band, timeline, financing status, intent (buy / invest / rent), preferred districts.

Explicit partner-share consent

Captured on form submission. We never share without it — and we tell them who you are.

First-touch attribution

Source, medium, campaign captured the moment the buyer arrived. 180-day window from the routed-handoff timestamp.

No exclusivity, no duplication

Each opportunity is offered to one partner that matches the buy-box. If you decline within 24h, it routes elsewhere.

What we require from every partner

The introduction is only as good as what happens on the other end. Full standards on partner-standards; in short:

Valid Dubai license

We verify and store your license / registration reference before any lead is routed.

Permit references for featured inventory

Any listing you pay to feature must carry a Trakheesi / written-authority reference. We store it.

Response-time SLA

You commit to a defined first-response window. Slow partners are paused — the buyer experience comes first.

Status honesty

Update each lead through its lifecycle: contacted, viewing set, negotiating, lost, closed. Rejections cite a documented reason.

No off-consent use

Buyer details are for the specific inquiry only. No resale, no cold-marketing, no sharing beyond you.
