What we require from every partner

Permit references for featured inventory
Any listing you pay to feature must carry a Trakheesi / written-authority reference. We store it.
Response-time SLA
You commit to a defined first-response window. Slow partners are paused — the buyer experience comes first.
Status honesty
Update each lead through its lifecycle: contacted, viewing set, negotiating, lost, closed. Rejections cite a documented reason.
No off-consent use
Buyer details are for the specific inquiry only. No resale, no cold-marketing, no sharing beyond you.
