How fees work
REAISALE is buyer-side — we never charge buyers anything. On your side, we earn only when a deal closes with the buyer we introduced. Nothing owed if no transaction happens. No retainer, no monthly fee, no upfront cost.

Important
The reference code on each introduction follows the buyer, not the specific listing they originally asked about. If a deal closes with that buyer on a different property — yours, your colleague's, or an alternative you recommend — the introduction is still REAISALE's and the same success-fee terms apply. The buyer's reference code is your attribution receipt.
Voluntary platform support. Separate from any fee model: some agencies choose to make a voluntary PayPal contribution to support REAISALE. Entirely optional, any amount, no expectation, no tracking, no preferential routing for those who do.
Honor system. We track Won deals through the buyer's reference code and confirmation — not through legal letters. You decide where you land within the range based on how useful the introduction was. We trust the relationship more than we trust a fixed percentage.
